The working speed refers to the maximum line scanning speed of the laser head. It is recommended to select a higher power along with a higher working speed to maximize efficiency.

The control system is employed to create your marking or engraving design and coordinate other hardware components to execute precise marking or engraving.
A laser distance sensor is installed Inside the laser head and detect the distance from laser head to workpiece and adjusts the motorized z Lift automatically.
Two red beams are built-in the laser head and when two Beam converges, then the laser is on focus.
Data will be processed multiple time and motorized Z Lift is pre-programmed to move down automatically in order to keep laser on focus to achieve High quality Deep engraving and cutting.
Workpiece is fixed on rotary and data will be separated then process and then rotate and process again. Open loop may cause small between the two separate data section and close solves this problem with real-time feedback and consumption technology plus 20-40％ speed enhancement as it is non-stop while processing.
With a focus shifter inside the laser head, any curved or irregular workpiece surface could be processed automatically and precisely without adjusting the z lift.
Large workpiece is fixed on XY motorized stage and data will be separated then process in optimized order with XY movement. Open loop may cause small line between the two separate data section and close loop perfectly solves this problem with real-time feedback and consumption technology plus 20-40％ speed enhancement as it is non-stop while processing.
Unlimited lasers could be controlled by one software for same or different data in order to achieve large working size without compromising beam size and speed.
With a focus shifter inside the laser head, the laser is always on focus for non-center area in order to achieve a larger working area.
Rotation greatly improves efficiency to keep laser working and no need to wait for workpiece loading or unloading.
Working area is shown in the software workspace in real-time.
